He has been applying agile, small spiral and waterfall principles to software delivery since 1984 and consistently leads teams delivering software at the rate of about once a quarter.
Tim's experience emcompasses all levels of building world class Agile development teams as an individual contributor, team lead, ScrumMaster, Director and Engineering Manager.
