Bryan has twelve years of international and domestic experience in information technology, financial services, and manufacturing. As a Certified Scrum Trainer (one of only 40 individuals worldwide that hold this certification), Bryan has trained and coached over 100 project teams in Scrum and Agile techniques. He has been responsible for thought leadership in the enterprise rollout of Scrum within companies. Bryan’s experience has included positions with the operations and technology divisions of two leading multinational financial services organizations and a progressive start-up, as well as production and engineering roles at an innovative manufacturer. Bryan’s expertise lies in the interaction of Business and IT Operations and is exemplified with his background in Process Improvement, Organizational Change, Project Management and Business Intelligence. He is skilled at facilitating collaboration across organizations, geographies, and cultures, within empowered project teams and with key decision-makers in order to foster productive relationships and achieve critical business results. Bryan is a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt, holds an MBA in International Business.
