Cindy Bloomer has over 20 years experience in the technology industry, with concentrationsin the Medical, Hospitality, Digital Imaging, Banking, and Defense industries. For the lastseveral years, her focus has been in helping lead companies in their Agile implementation.She has extensive experience in program, portfolio, project, and staff management, leadingteams in product development, network engineering, operations management and systems development, integration, and deployment. Her experience includes teams distributed in Germany, India, Japan, the UK, the US, and other locations throughout the world.
Cindy has lectured and provided training on leadership and management, project management,and Agile training, as well as instructed mathematics at the college level. Cindy received her BS in Mathematics with an emphasis in Computer Science from San Diego State University.
