Marsha Acker is the co-founder and CEO of TeamCatapult, a company dedicated to helping teams and organizations measurably improve performance. Marsha has a B.S. from Virginia Tech in Management Science and a M.S. from University of Maryland in Software Engineering. She spent the first nine years of her career leading and managing software development teams and helping teams to improve their development processes. The past nine years of her career she has focused on facilitating teams and organizations as they look to adopt improvements and transform performance. Marsha led the definition of the learning objectives for the ICAgile Facilitation and Coaching Track. She is a Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF), Certified Change Management Professional (CMP) and a trained Co-Active Coach.
