Colleen Voelschow is a Senior Staff Consultant with ProtoTest who has been in Quality Assurance for over ten years. Her background ranges from writing automation scripts to managing teams of both on-site and off-shore resources. She is an expert in all phases of quality assurance including test strategy, design, development, and execution. Her strengths include process evaluations and implementation of workflow changes as well as usability projects and specialized testing efforts. She is an instructor of the Applied Agile Testing course and the Fundamentals of Software Testing course, which is accredited by ASTQB. Colleen is certified a Certified Scrum Master and a Certified Tester Foundation Level.
