Dr. Satish Thatte, CEO of New Synergy Group, is a talented and veteran technology manager with consistent record of success in software product development, project management, product management, and IT professional services. He has 30 years of industry experience with global corporations (Texas Instruments, Bellcore/Telcordia, and LG Electronics), as well as entrepreneurial start-ups in a variety of technology sectors: enterprise software, data center management, digital television, telecommunication, web data mining, and IT professional services.
Dr. Thatte’s extensive industry experience includes leading many agile projects and software development life cycles covering global development and delivery; developing customized agile practices and templates; and establishing global software development programs in the US, Russia, and India. Dr. Thatte is a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and also a Certified Product Owner (CSPO). He received his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He is a Senior Member of the IEEE and Member of the ACM. He has been awarded 14 patents (13 US and one International).
