Martin Kearns was one of the first three Scrum Coaches to be certified in the world ( CSC ). Martin works with Renewtek, an Australian information technology company which uses leading edge tools and technologies. He consistently uses the Scrum framework in conjunction with Agile methodologies where appropriate. Martin joined Renewtek in 2005 where he has responsibility for leading the agile practice in designing training courses around Scrum/Agile and supporting the promotion of Agile principles with his coaches team to Renewtek’s diverse client base. Martin is a certified scrum trainer and offers consulting services to organisations on the creation and implementation of Agile delivery.
