Steve is an Agile coach with WSA Consulting in Vancouver Canada where he pursues his passion for helping organizations get the job done. Steve has been creating and managing software projects long enough to remember Fortran and PDP-11s. His professional career ranges over many exciting and critical projects from call processing on digital exchanges to railway signalling systems. After years in the trenches, Steve takes a pragmatic approach to coaching agile transformations.
Steve is a certified SAFe Program Consultant, a Certified Scrum Master and holds a PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of British Columbia. He is the author of numerous articles and a co-author of "Patterns for Effective Use Cases".
