Comments:	I felt the instructor worked to create a constructive and collaborative environment. He covered the course material and the questions (extra material) requested by the folks in the class. Joe did a great job. Overal, excellent class and Joe is great. I feel that we traded getting through all the material for having great conversations about participant's questions and experiences. This was very valuable, but I wish we had been able to go through risk management and iteration planning in more detail. I was wish we could have wrapped up with a "how it all fits together" section. Great class, great instructor! Joe managed to move the class forward but keep a very easy-going atmosphere. He has a great sense of humor and lots of experiences to share. As I discussed with Joe after the course, there were only 6 people on the course, which was great, but our range of experience with Agile was so great that sometimes our conversation was too entry-level for some. It would be really useful for future courses, to manage the level of expertise your students have. Having said that, I did enjoy the course and elements of it were useful. And Joe was very engaging, instructive and helpful. Many thanks.
