- Timely and valuable since my organization is currently trying to figure out how to manage projects in an agile way using scrum
- This class was a great experience. Jim understood the audience well. He assumed a certain degree of understanding of basic concepts (which was good) and moved to practical PM tools. I particularly liked the Vision Box exercise. I'm looking to incorporate several things presented into my PM work.
- Jim obviously has a very high level of knowledge and experience in the Agile world; however, his presentation/platform style was not very conducive for my learning. The instructional messaging and design of the course were not effective - if even followed. I would still attend another of Jim's presentations with the associated materials though.
