- Certainly the most informative and cogently presented material I have seen in some time. Mr. Leffingwell's manner, style, breadth, and depth of knowledge are all of a most amazing nature.
- Excellent insight, excellent day of learning. My thanks to Dean and Agile University. The materials are also superb.
- Minor point: Dean's diagrams were very useful but difficult to see on the flipchart. Would be useful to have these set up and visible before class.
- It was fast-paced. He often showed a slide and then said he would go into it later. Timing seemed a bit cramped.
- Dean had a pleasant coaching style, which I enjoyed and thought was appropriate. For my particular needs, I think the beginning of the course went too long in terms of going over familiar agile territory, e.g., What is Agile? However, he had a broad audience in the room and needed to accommodate everyone. To harmonize the level of the group, I'd suggest posting prerequisites, e.g., 1 year of agile experience or something to that effect.
