Anybody in the organization that is looking to scale and manage Scrum practices into multiple teams and/or products and looking to rollout Agile across the enterprise. This could include Product Managers, Product Owners, Project Managers, Program Managers, Agile Coaches, and Enterprise Transition Teams.
This course does not provide a certification and is not meant to be a substitute for Certified ScrumMaster Training.
