Roadmap to Success: Comprehensive covers two core areas of study, delivered consecutively, through two training modes:
The Comprehensive course begins with "Foundation for Requirements Development and Management Training" - a curriculum for essential requirements development and management skills in our most flexible format, self-paced eLearning.
The Comprehensive course concludes with "Analysis Modeling"- instructor-led classroom training that teaches you how to produce quality requirements analysis models using the EBG Requirements Roadmap.
EBG calls this one-two approach "blended classroom" training. It gives you the advantage of building, at your own pace, an essential knowledge of requirements needed to define business projects and software products. Then, in a classroom setting, you apply that foundation knowledge base to analyze, build and evaluate requirements analysis models.
