This hands-on certification course is appropriate for all team members. Specific roles that would benefit from becoming a CSM include Project Managers, Team Leads, Architects, Developers and Testers. Additionally, the CSM course is an introduction to Scrum which is valuable for anyone working with Scrum Teams.

Taught by a former Rally and BigVisible trainer and coach, this two-day course will cover the fundamentals of Scrum, the roles and framework, and focus on the role of the ScrumMaster. Attendees will learn how to run projects using Scrum, including requirements, estimation and dates and delivery.
The course is taught interactively, not by a presentation. Students will have a handbook to for outline and notes, as well as a 35+ page post-training follow-up document. Real life examples of helping companies start with agile, as well as correcting problems, will use shared to reinforce key concepts, as well as numerous exercises. The course is taught at a high energy level, with humor and discussion, p and engaging.
Fourteen (14) PDUs toward PMI’s PMP and PMI-ACP certifications, and two days towards the Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Developer certification.
