Who Should Attend/Prerequisites
This 2-day course is for executives, managers and agile change agents who want proven knowledge in applying the Scaled Agile Framework, lean, and product development flow principles in their enterprise context so they can lead the adoption of the Scaled Agile Framework.
Attendees must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, testing, business analysis, product or project management, as well as experience in Scrum.

Course Overview
In this two-day course, you will gain the knowledge necessary to lead an enterprise agile transformation by leveraging the Scaled Agile Framework, and its underlying principles of lean thinking, and product development flow. You will leave with an understanding of how the principles and practices of the framework support Agile Teams, Agile Programs, Agile Program Portfolio Management and Agile Architecture.
Attendees can choose to take the exam at the end of the course for certification as a Scaled Agile Framework Agilist (SA)
