IT Intern

Location: Boulder, CO

Type: Contract-to-Permanent position

We are seeking a sharp, innovative IT Intern to work with our in-house IT staff. Help us build our infrastructure to meet our growing company while providing top-notch customer service to all our local and remote employees.

Responsibilites will include:

• Assist IT staff with user account maintenance and daily user issues with email, Office applications, etc.
• Build/image new workstations, laptops and servers.
• Assist IT staff in developing content for internal Wiki.
• Work with external vendors to manage supply orders.
• Assist with low-level network problem-solving and troubleshooting.
• Assist with migrating equipment and services to new campus.
• Other projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• A passion for learning new technologies and a desire to build a career in systems administration.
• Building/imaging computers across a wide range of operating systems and hardware configurations.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous windows administration experience a plus.
• Linux administration skills a plus.
• Network management skills a plus.
