Database Application Developer

Rally Software Development (www.rallydev.com) located in Boulder, Colorado is a dynamic, growing company that provides software-driven enterprises with the knowledge, coaching and tooling needed to succeed with Agile development practices.

Due to our success, we are seeking a high energy, creative Database Application Developer with the ability to develop, implement and support the company's internal applications and data driven websites.

Responsibilities

To design, develop and implement lightweight applications with full ALM responsibilities to support business objectives.

Through web services and third party tools manage data in various internal systems. Responsible for integrations and tooling, data cleansing, writing stored procedures, configure and writing custom reports for Saleforce.com, Rally's ALM product, Softtrax Accounting System, Professional Services Automation system and Custom Salesforce.com web services integrations.

Required Skills and Experience

• The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of database application experience with SQL Server (optionally Oracle) and development experience in a B2B space.
• Experience writing and maintaining internal tools and applications.
• Excellent analytical, scripting/coding, and testing skills.
• Strong skills in SQL, general report writing, Perl, crystal reports, and basic database backup, restore and recovery experience.
• Knowledge of C#/Visual Studio helpful.
• Excellent communications skills with business and technical teams.
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent
