- I would have liked to spend a little more time on sizing. Now that I'm running a scrum team, I find it difficult to explain why we don't just start sizing by hours. This was reviewed in the class, but I wasn't able to really get it. This is no fault of the instructor or course, rather it's just a difficult concept for me to own such that I can defend it when peppered with questions by the team.
- In a subsequent course, I would like to focus on the culture and roles of leadership that create and sustain the Scrum methodology.
- Great job!
