Our background is rich and diverse; we have focused on the rapid feedback cycles found in software development as it applies to all product development. Developing products is an ideal place to focus on team behaviors since it provides a brutally pragmatic proving ground that quickly winnows out bad ideas from good. This has allowed 3Back to build up a wealth of ideas and experience for helping teams get better.

We bring many ideas from our favorite agile methods and practices. Including Scrum, Lean, XP, TDD, UiX social science and team psychology, and we apply them with your needs in mind. Simply coming in and being dictatorial about a given way of doing something does not help -- and often hurts. We believe that if it's not working for you, then it's not working.
